C. Jean Parr Scott Specht

Of Afton

C. Jean Parr Scott Specht, 83 of Afton and formerly of Binghamton passed away on Mon. May 29, 2017.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Theodore Lee Scott, second husband, Robert Specht, mother & step-father, Lola & John Bufmatovish, brother, Richard (Dick) Parr.  She Is survived by her children, Michelle & Fred Ebbecke, TX, Patricia & Richard Seitz, Afton, Teddi Ellis, Windsor, Gene & Nicole Scott, Mtn. Dale, NY, 19 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren, 5 nieces, Deborah, Jeanie, Shari, Pam, & Kim and her 3 special companions,” Spencer, Maddy & Jake.”  She was a retired Child Care worker from Warwick Training School for boys.  She later worked in area hospitals in dietary nutrition field. 

Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Fri. at 2 p.m.  Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery, Afton.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Fri. from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to service.  On-line condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
