As we've said many times whenever we'd see you in Windsor, we always enjoyed our meals at the Windsor Cafe, the food as well as the company of Dan, you and Brooke. MJ and family, I can't find words to express how sad we are all at Dan's passing. He was soooo nice, always enjoyable to be around. we know that he will surely be missed. He did fight the good battle but is now out of pain and in Heaven. Prayers for you and your family.

The man taught me to love cooking (back in his ideal hospital days, then again in his little restaurant in Windsor). Although I could never dream of cooking like him, a little bit of his passion to cook rubbed off on me. Not to mention he was a heck of a boxer in his day!
