Michael D. Terkowski Sr., 51 of Harpursville passed away Wed. July 12, 2017 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.  He was predeceased by his wife, Dawn, his parents, Anthony & Rosemary Terkowski.  He is survived by his partner, Tina, his 8 children, Anthony, Michael Jr., Heather, Nicole, Kristen, Jason, Cody & Rosemarie, 3 grandchildren, his brothers, Mark & John and sister, Lisa, step mother, Jean, and also nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Fri. at 1 p.m.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Fri. from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to service.  On-line condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
