Melanie Bixby, 56 passed away peacefully on Sat. April 21, 2018.  She was born on Dec. 19, 1961.  She was the wife of Wesley Bixby, grandmother (Mommy) to Libbi Pandich, daughter of Karen Horan (Robert Handel), and sister to Marilee (Chris) Conner, Phillip L. Horan and Karl Zandt and numerous friends she called family.  She was s predeceased by her daughter, Marlena Ann, her grandparents, Florence & Louis Grab, Evelyn & Francis Horan.  Melanie studied music at BCC, and was well known for her crafts, donating much of her work out of love.

Memorial Services will be held at the North Fenton United Methodist Church on Friday at 11 a.m.  Rev. Michele K. Clark, Pastor will officiate.  Burial will be in New Ohio Cemetery, Tunnel.  The family will receive friends at North Fenton United Methodist Church on Fri. from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the North Fenton United Methodist Church 5984 State Route 79 Chenango Forks, NY  13746 where Melanie was a long standing member.  Online condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
