Perry P. Petkash, 62 of Harpursville passed away Sat. morning Oct. 14, 2017 at his home.  He is survived by his best friend and wife of 38 years, Gail (Harrison) Petkash, his 2 sons , who he was very proud of, Lucas (Leslie) Petkash, Patrick (Maria DeSisto) Petkash, granddaughter, Ava who brought him much happiness, his brothers and sisters, Rita (Kevin), Patricia (Andy), Regina (Clifford), Andrew (Helen), Thomas, John (Melissa), 2 brothers-in-laws, Wayne Harrison, Kim (Teresa) Harrison and also several nieces and nephews.  Perry was predeceased by his parents, George and Regina Petkash, his brother, George Petkash and nephew, Kyle Petkash, his mother-in-law, Alice Harrison, father-in-law, Lloyd Harrison.

Memorial Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Friday at 5:30 p.m.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Fri. from 4 to 5:30 p.m. prior to service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to:  St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105 (stjude.org) or any cancer research institute.   On-line condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
