Raymond  P. Holdrege

Raymond P. Holdrege, 82, of Afton passed away Wed. July 26, 2017 at Bridgewater Nursing Facility.  He was predeceased by his wife, Virginia M. Holdrege.  He is survived by 3 children and their families, Raymond P. & Patrice Holdrege, Apalachin, Darlene & Dale Noyes, Harpursville, Nicole & James Bombolevicz, North Babylon, NY, 5 grandchildren, Mark & Tanya Holdrege, Carolyn & Adam Pipher, Steven & Matthew Noyes, Daniel Rizzardi, great- granddaughter, Angelina Holdrege, sister-in-law, Ellen Holdrege, Afton and also several nieces and nephews.

He was a retired employee of NYSDOT.  He spent his days in retirement enjoying woodworking and visiting with friends at Henry’s Drive In.

Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71  Maple Street Harpursville on Tues. at 2 p.m.  Rev. Barbara Green will officiate.  Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Tues. from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.  Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  On-line condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
