Robert R. Lord, 97, born in Bainbridge, NY to Leonard & Ida Lord (1 of 10 Children) went to be with the Lord on Sun. Aug. 27, 2017 at his home.  He is survived by his son, Larry Lord, a granddaughter, Lara Lord, sister, Sally Mayhew of FL., and was predeceased by his wife of 67 years, Evelyn Lord.  He grew up on the family farm, worked at Sears, owned a roofing & siding co. and retired from Broome Transit after 17 years.  He loved to travel, dining out, “good groceries” and being with family and friends.

Memorial Service will be held at the North Fenton United Methodist Church 5984 NY Rte. 79 on Sat. Sept. 9, 2017 at 11 a.m.  Rev. Michele Clark, Pastor will officiate.  Burial will be in Lake Winola, PA at the convenience of the family.
