Raymond C. Palmer, 94 of Conklin died Tues. Jan. 19, 2016 at the NYS Veterans Home in Oxford.  He was predeceased by his wife, Beverly I. Palmer.  He is survived by his son, David Palmer & Patty Brower, Windsor, grandson, Robert Palmer, Windsor, his brother, sisters and nieces and nephews.  He was a retired employee of Sears, a member of the Hallstead American Legion, DAV Chapter 60 in Binghamton, F & A.M. Lodge, Windsor, former Town Justice in Conklin and an Army Veteran of WW II.

 Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Mon. at 11 a.m.  Burial will be in Vestal Hills Memorial Park with military honors. The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Mon. from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service. F & A.M. Lodge will hold services on Mon. at 10:45 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to NYS Veterans Home 4207 State Hwy. 220 Oxford, NY  13830.  On-line condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
