Of Port Crane

Robert M. Topa Sr. 77 of Port Crane passed away Tues. May 24, 2016 after a long battle with diabetes.  He is survived by his wife, 56 years Shirley Topa, Port Crane, his children, Robert & Karen Topa, Hillcrest, Robbin & Allen Stinson, Chenango Bridge, Bartley & Angela Topa, Port Crane, 7 grandchildren, Kristy, Justin, Brian, Brianna, Collin, Jakob, & Mackenzie, 2 sisters & brothers-in-law, Mary Kriskowski, GA, Barbara & Tony Magnotta, Scranton, sisters-in-law, Jane Wolfram, Port Crane, Claire Greaves, Reading, PA, Joan Gallagher, NC and also several nieces and nephews.  He was retired Maintenance Supervisor at Woodburn Court Apts.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed.

Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Sat. at 11:30 a.m.  Pastor Sue Crawson-Brizzolara        will officiate.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Sat. from 10 to 11:30 a.m. prior to service.  In lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Assoc 26 Broadwat 14 Floor New York, NY  10004.  On-line condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.  The family wishes to thank, the staff at Binghamton General Hospital and Susquehanna Nursing Home Rehab Unit along with Carolyn Stinson, Scott & Terry Bartholemew for their endless care and concern.
