Of Nineveh

Stewart L. Merritt, 63 of Nineveh passed away Tues. evening May 16, 2017 at Binghamton General Hospital.  He was predeceased by his father, Vernon G. Merritt.  He is survived by his mother, Lola N. Merritt, a brother, Thomas V. Merritt , both of Nineveh, his children, Joseph Merritt & Danette Slavins, both of Springfield, Missouri, 5 grandchildren, his dear friend, Teresa Searles, Sidney and also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Mon. at 11 a.m.  Rev. Julie A. Jensen will officiate.  Burial will be in Nineveh Presbyterian Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Mon. from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service.  On-line condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
