Thomas A. “Tom” Sisk, 61 passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 21, 2017.  He is survived by his beloved wife, the love of his life, Faith; his children Michele (Cris) Madrid, Wesley, grandchildren Jacob, Aiden and Katie; sisters Jennifer and Connie, nephew Jack.  Also his “new” family-all of Faith’s siblings, nephews and nieces whom he loved  unconditionally and most of all his mother-in-law Bernice Bosket.  He loved hunting and mostly fishing and being on the water, be it creek, river, pond, lake or ocean.

There will be a celebration of his life on Saturday, November 4th at 3:30 P.M. at Rex Farms Camping Pavilion in Harpursville, NY.  Donations can be made in Tom’s name to ALS Association at www.alsaupstateny.org.  Online condolences can be made at www.omaddenfh.com.
