Christopher M. Snyder, 49 of Afton passed away Wed. March 1, 2017 at Wilson Memorial Hospital.  He is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Nutter) Snyder,  a daughter, Kristine, a son, Sean William, his parents, Mike & Judy Snyder, Chenango Bridge, sister Kelly (Joe) Carr, Hillcrest, Comm. Master Chief  Sean (Michelle) Snyder, USN, San Diego, CA, mother-in-law, Betty (Jerry) Robinson, AZ.,  brother-in-law, Bill (Carolyn) Nutter, AZ, nieces and nephews, Michael (Anna) Carr, Patrick (Marlee) Carr, Zachary Carr, Nicholas, Noah, Nathan & Nevin Snyder, Amy (Brock) Vall, Adam Nutter, grand nephews, Noah, Colt, grand nieces, Myla & Marinna, Ava & Kenzie.  He was a former employee of Maple Row Precision and Buckingham Mfg.  He was an active committee member of Boys Scout Troop 199, where he shared his love of the outdoors with his son Sean. He was also a 4-H volunteer for many years supporting his daughter Kristine’s love of horses.
