Dawn Barlow Gordon, 80 a resident of Windsor at the time of her passing, died on Sat. March 16, 2019.  She worked for DSS in Binghamton for over 10 years.  Dawn is survived by her sister, Doris Belles, Windsor, several nieces and nephews and her beloved parrot, Tobi.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sun. March 31, 2019 at 1 p.m. at the Vestal Hills Seventh Day Adventist Church 834 Bunn Hill Rd.
