Grace A. Hamilton, 79 of Harpursville passed away peacefully on Thurs. May 18, 2017 at her home.  She was predeceased by her husband, Russell A. “Russ” Hamilton.  She is survived by a daughter & son-in-law, Theresa & John Rodgers, The Villages, FL, 2 sons & daughter-in-law, Glenn  & Cheryl Hamilton, Harpursville,  Dale Hamilton & Wanda Barber, Harpursville, 5 grandchildren, Casondra Hamilton, Kaitlyn Hamilton & George Eager, Aubrey Rodgers, Kiersten Hamilton, Joshua Rodgers, brother & sister-in-law, Russell & Connie Weist, Tunnel, sister, Ann Weist Bishop, Renton, Wash., and also several nieces and nephews. 

She was Russ’ Assistant at the Russ Hamilton Farm Family Insurance Office and operated the family farm.  She was an avid bowler and enjoyed her time on the family farm working side by side with Russ.  One of her greatest joys, was the time with her grandchildren and sharing special times and occasions.

Memorial Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Thurs. at 6 p.m.  Rev. Barbara Green will officiate.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Harpursville at the convenience of the family.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Thurs. from 4 to 6 p.m. prior to service.    On-line condolences may be made at:  www.omaddenfh.com.
