Gladys Mae Cutting Searles, 93 of Nineveh passed away on Sun. May 20, 2018 at Willow Point Nursing Home.  She was predeceased by her husbands, Stewart B. Cutting & Victor A. Searles & her youngest son, Stewart Allen Cutting.  She is survived by her 10 children; Beverly Cutting-Pilek, Larry & Cheri Cutting, Chester & Marge Cutting, Tom & Linda Cutting, Joan Burnett, Susan Fish, Sarah Butler, Cheryl Cutting, Portia & Bob Caffery, Sonia & Harry Boorom, 35 grandchildren, 81 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, her best friend from grade school, Pauline Comings and also several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at the Afton Baptist Church, Caswell Street on Fri. at 11 a.m.  Pastor Christopher Prezorski  & Rev. Jeff Cutting will co-officiate.  Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Thurs. from 5 to 7 p.m. and at Afton Baptist Church on Fri. from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Afton Baptist Church Missionary Fund 30 Caswell St. Afton, NY 13730 or Afton Fire Dept.
