Of Afton

Harold D. Slater, 95 of Afton passed away on May 26, 2018. He was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence & Edna (Niven) Slater. He Is survived by his sister, Florence VanName, Afton, niece, Dawn & Donald Christensen, Afton, nephew, David & Cheryl Lockwood, Honeoye, NY. He was former co-owner of the Jerricho Tavern, former employee of Bendix Corp. in Sidney, and was a US Army Veteran of WW II.

Graveside Service will be held in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton on Tues. June 19, 2018 at 1 p.m. Online condolences may be made at: www.omaddenfh.com. Arrangements by the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville.
