Kenneth Lynn Ives, 69 a lifetime native of Harpursville died on Mon. June 18, 2018 at Home.  Ken is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Vesta Ives, 2 daughters & sons-in-law, Kendra & Sean Menth, Billy-Jo & Frank Spivey, 7 grandchildren, Raven, Robert, Quinten, Elijah, Taeron, Amya &  Catherine, a sister, Eileen Kane and several brothers-in-laws & sisters-in-law, Dian Short & Robin, Robert Short & Maddona, Jodie Short & Paul, Phillip Short along with several nieces and nephews.  Ken was a member of the Harpursville Baptist Church, a US Army Veteran and a 45 year member of the Harpursville American Legion Post 1596. 

Funeral Services will be held at the Harpursville Baptist Church on Fri. at 10 a.m.  Pastor Craig Schnurbusch will officiate.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Harpursville.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Thurs. from 4 to 7 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Harpursville Baptist Church 41 Cumber Rd.
