Wilber R. Norton, Jr. passed away Sunday, August 27th.  He is survived by many family members, including his children, Taylor, Carrie, and Melanie, their mother Jeanne, and his grandson James. Born June 28th, 1955, Wilber was a lifelong resident of Binghamton. He was a hard worker and had a long career as a salesman for manufacturing companies. Wilber had a sharp wit, a big heart and was a loyal companion to his dogs.  Although he is gone too soon, Wilber leaves behind many happy memories.
