Catherine A. Sayers, 68 of Harpursville died unexpectedly on Tues. March 2, 2021.  She was predeceased by her parents, Daniel & Harriet Sayers and brother Arthur Sayers.  She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Heidi & Mike Kottman, Quennsbury, NY, grandson, Andrew Sayers-Skellie, brother, Daniel Sayers, Nineveh, sisters & brothers-in-law, Harriet Feulner, Hudson Falls, Sarah Sayers, Hudson Falls, Margaret & Tom Kapr, Harpursville with whom she made her home and also several nieces and nephews.

Cathy enjoyed her Indian heritage by collecting Indian dolls, dream catchers and artifacts.  She worked many years on farms milking and taking care of the animals.  She enjoyed fishing, reading and gardening.  She loved crocheting beautiful blankets and then giving them to family.

Private Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville at the convenience of the family.  Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.  Online condolences may be made at:    www.omaddenfh.com.
