Of Harpursville

Dennis E. “Denny” Rowe Sr., 69 of Harpursville died Tues. Feb. 25, 2025.  He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Judy, 5 children, Nikki (Matt) Daly, Denny (Kierstin) Rowe II, Brittany Barrett, Casey Hine-Rowe (Rachel), Cooper Rowe, 15 grandchildren, his siblings, Cindy (Bill) Prentice, Debbie Seeley, Jackie (Michael) Armagno, Dan (Sue) Rowe, and also several nieces,  nephews and other family members

He was predeceased by his grandson, Hunter Clubbs, his brother, Roger, his parents, Orrin & Patricia Rowe,

He was a retired Operating Engineer from Local 158 and a union steward on several pipeline projects.

He was a previous board member of the Harpursville Youth Baseball and coached many youth in baseball and basketball for many years. He was one of the founders of the Christian Fellowship Sports League.

Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Sun. at 3 p.m.  Rev. Joe Mack will officiate.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Sun. from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to service.  Memorial contributions in memory of Denny may be made to Harpursville Youth Sports Assoc. POB 401 Harpursville, NY   13787.
