Donald M. Williams, 89 of Windsor passed away on Thurs. Sept. 10, 2020 after a brief hospital stay.  He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Rose Mary (Nabinger) Williams, children, Larry & Debbie Williams, Terry & Christopher Van Vessem, Sherry & Steve Johnson, Mary Jo & Daniel Carey, Gary Williams, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.  Don was retired from Broome County Parks Dept. and former owner/operator of Gilbert Williams & Sons Sand & Gravel Business. He was a member of Windsor United Methodist Church and Windsor American Legion.  He proudly served in the US Army.

Memorial Services on Wed. Sept. 16, 2020 at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Windsor.  Pastor Leon Jicha Jr. will officiate.  Burial will be in Knox Cemetery, Ouaquaga.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street on Tues sept. 15, 2020 from 4 to 7 p.m.  Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to First United Methodist Church 56 Chapel Street Windsor, NY 13865.  Online condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
