Earl C. Reiling, 85 of Afton passed away Fri. morning Sept. 17, 2021 at his home.  He was born on March 15, 1936 in Afton, NY.  On Oct. 21, 1956 he married Mary Anna Archer, who predeceased Earl.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Reiling, Afton, 2 sons & daughter-in-law, Benjamin C. Reiling & Rose Winters, Binghamton, Blane A. & Karol Reiling, Afton, step son, Michael & Donna Armstrong, Deposit, step daughter, Vicki & Kevin Kingma, Blandon, PA, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, sisters-in-law & brothers-in-law, Marion & Tom Stewart Lakeland, FL, Maryln Pease & Art Tompkins, Hancock, Louise Harrison, Norwich and also several nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the South Central NY Chapter of Antique Truck of America and Tractors of Yesteryear Club.  He was Owner/Operator of Reilings Garage and Overlook Hereford Farm in Afton.  In 2019, He was recipient of the Century Farm Award.  He was a 61 year member of Tri-Town Masonic Lodge 167, Bainbridge, NY.  In Loving Memory, he will be missed by all.

Memorial Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Friday at 1 p.m.  Rev. John Snel will officiate.  Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Fri. from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to service.  A Masonic Service will be held on Fri. at 1 p.m.  In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Afton Chapter of FFA Alumni & Supporters/ Earl Reiling Scholarship Fund Memorial.  Online condolences may be made at:    www.omaddenfh.com.  Special thanks to Hospice nurses, Jill & Crystal and family friend, Mrs. Glenda Wayman.
