Esther R. Slocum, 96 of Windsor passed away Thurs. April 2, 2020 at the home of her daughter.  She was predeceased by her husband, George Slocum, daughter, Beverly Baker and son, Douglas Cirba.  She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Diana & Stan Isham, Windsor, step children, Brian Slocum, FL., Lynn Leahy, FL., Dawn (Steve) Gilbert, Vestal, several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a sister, Doris Watkins, Elmira.

She was a retired employee of Marine midland Bank.
