Frances Rowe, 77 of Kirkwood passed away on Friday Dec. 10, 2021.  She was predeceased by her husband, Bernard F. Rowe.  She is survived by 6 children and their families, Steven Rowe, Endicott, Sandra & Jeff Dodd, Windsor, Gerald Sackett, VA, Ward Rowe, Binghamton, Keith Rowe, Binghamton, Jennifer & Steve Zieno, Oxford, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Kathleen (Julius) Tutko, Kirkwood, Marlene (James) Snell, NC, sister-in-law, Helen Resak, Endicott and also several other sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.  She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family including the whole neighborhood, gardening and loved her cats.

Memorial Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Friday at 11 a.m.  Burial will be in Perch Pond Cemetery.   The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Fri. from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service.
