Gary L. Buckland, 78 of Windsor died unexpectedly on Sun. Jan. 15, 2023 at Wilson Memorial Hospital.  He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda J. Buckland, Windsor, daughter & son-in-law, Sheila & Charles Laundrum, TN, 2 sons & daughter-in-law, Edward J. & Rosita Harrington, Afton, Albert Scott Harrington, Windsor, 1 granddaughter, Victoria Harrington, sisters & brother-in-law, Carol & David Bendick, Good View, VA, Beverly Sager, Binghamton, Francis Hollenbeck, Binghamton, brothers & sisters-in-law, Albert Buckland, Tyrone, NY, Daniel & DeeDee  Buckland, Binghamton, Dennis & Donna Buckland, Chenango Forks, James & Roxie Buckland, Tyrone, NY, and also several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by a son, Gary Lee Buckland, Jr. and brother, William Buckland.  He was a retired carpenter.

Memorial Service will be held at Afton Baptist Church, 30 Caswell Street Afton on Fri. Jan. 27, 2023 at 11 a.m.  Pastor Josh Clink will officiate.  Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Windsor at the convenience of the family.  The family will receive friends at the Afton Baptist Church on Fri. Jan. 27, 2023 from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service.  Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to:  Afton Baptist Church 30 Caswell Street Afton, NY  13730.  Arrangements by the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville.  A MADDEN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME.
