James R. Hauptmann, 49 of Afton died unexpectedly on Tues. March 2, 2021. He is survived by his parents, Paul & Joanne Hauptmann, his brothers, Paul Hauptmann & his family, Tracie, Aubrey & Lana, Arthur & Tina Hauptmann & his family, Kaitlin, James, A.J., & Johnjoseph, Kevin & Jaimie Hauptmann & his family, Alli, Madi & Jake, Dennis & Danieal & his family Isiaah, Jessica, D.J., Grace, Logan, K.K., Ella, Mason & Levi. Family members, Denise Fico, daughters Alicia (John), Emalee & grandson Noah and also several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
James Yak Yak was a proud Member of Nam Knights Motorcycle Club Liberty Chapter. He loved to ride and spend time with family and friends. He also enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling & camping. You would often find James with a tool in hand at the garage. He was always ready to help others.
Memorial Services will be held at the Higher Ground Christian Church, Afton On Sun. March 14, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Online condolences may be made at: www.omaddenfh.com.
