Joanne Decker, 79 of Afton passed away Sun. June 28, 2020 at her home.  She was predeceased by her husband, Sherland “Shod” Decker.  She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Decker, Afton, 4 sons, Rick Decker, Candor, Randi Decker, Harpursville, Tom Decker, Afton  & Daryl Decker, Afton, 5 grandchildren, Tyler, Chris, Ashlyn, Gabriel & Reagan, and also her 3 siblings, Ed, Marie & Marilyn and nieces and nephews.

She was an outstanding mother; her biggest accomplishment was her family.  She was a retired employee of Unadilla Valley Central Schools.  She was the former organist at St. Agnes Church in Afton.

Private Graveside Services will be held in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton at the convenience of the family.
