Joseph (Joe) Roberts of Deland, FL (grew up in Harpursville and lived in Conklin), born April 18th, 1974 and passed away on April 26, 2025. He was predeceased by his parents Bruce and Beverly Roberts, half-sister, Charlotte Roberts, half-brother, Donald Roberts, mother-in-law, Ellen Monroe. He is survived by his loving wife, Susan and their crazy cats, father-in-law, Peter Monroe, half-sisters, Rita Moore and Bonnie Rafferty, half-brother and sister-in-law, William and Sally Roberts, half sister-in-law, Marie Roberts, aunt, Gloria Kisner, many nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
At a young age Joe liked to play with toys and in some respects he never grew out of it (he approved this before his passing) from hot wheels to RC Cars to then the real things. He was always tinkering with something, learning more about them and detailing them. He had a passion for TV cars and his Hondas, but he really loved them all. He also had a love for Sci-fi, all things abnormal and time travel. He was always seen outside washing, waxing or detailing a car that was his thing. He also loved animals and most of all the cats we have had throughout the years. They always slept with him and he loved it!
Joe also loved his 80’s music especially Richard Marx which he and Susan have seen in concert 30+ times. A life cut short it seems but he had many adventures, loved by many and will be missed beyond measure.
