Joyce R. Simmons, 81 of Afton died Thurs. evening Nov. 30, 2023 at O’Connor Hospital in Delhi.  She was predeceased by her husband, Donald A. Simmons.  She is survived by her children, Donna J. Bullis, Houston, TX, Brenda A. (Lary) Meeker, Coventry, Debra G. Leizear, Bainbridge, Donald S. Simmons, Afton, 5 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, younger brother, Glen (Mary) Barnes, FL and also several nieces and nephews.
