Kevin S. Ingraham, 53 of Cortland died unexpectedly on Tues. Oct. 27, 2020. He was predeceased by his parents, Chester & Helen Ingraham and a baby brother, Tim. He is survived by his siblings, Michelle Wells, TN, Cheryl Ingraham, Whitney Point, Christina & Matt LaMere, Castle Creek, Angela Kelley, Harpursville, his son, Jonathon Clapper, Johnson City, nieces and nephews and some very close friends.

He was an employee of US Post Office, Cortland. He was a graduate of Johnson City High School Class of 1985.
