Madeline P. “Maddy” Mastrogiacomo, 80 of Afton died Mon. May 18, 2026 at Wilson Memorial Hospital.  She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Joseph Mastrogiacomo Jr., 2 children, Joseph & Gina Mastrogiacomo III, Marissa Crames & Steve Smith, 4 grandchildren, Olivia, Joseph, Sam, Liam, 2 sisters, Janet & Anthony Wildow, Susan & Mark Ives, and also several nieces and nephews.

She was a founder of the Afton Senior Clubhouse.  She was a member of the Eastern Star.  She was Afton Woman of the Year for her service to the community.

Memorial Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Friday at 5 p.m.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Fri. from 3 to 5 p.m. prior to service.
