Mary L. Gilg, 84 of Harpursville died Sun. Nov. 27, 2022 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.  She was predeceased by her husband, George, son, Randy, and son-in-law, Tim.  She is survived by her daughter & son-law, Robin & Mike Miller-Deavers, MD, 3  Grandchildren, Rachel (Toby) Gilg, Melissa Gilg, Sabrina Miller, her siblings, Russel “Skip” Ahner, Alice Hunter, Betty Cheeseman, Floyd “Butch & Cindy Ahner, and also several nieces and nephews.  She was a member of Harpursville United Methodist Church.  A retired employee of Broome Developmental and a member of the Eastern Broome Senior Center in Harpursville.

Funeral Services will be held at the Harpursville United Methodist Church on Friday at 11 a.m.  Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery, Harpursville.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Thurs. from 4 to 6 p.m.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Mary may be made to Harpursville United Methodist Church  POB 23 Harpursville, NY 13787.  Online condolences may be made at:   www.omaddenfh.com.
