Of Windsor
Pamela L. Wilcox, 63, of Windsor passed Saturday morning Dec. 17, 2022 at her home surrounded by family. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Cecil Wilcox, Windsor, daughter & son-in-law, Danielle & Michael McElhaugh, and 2 granddaughters, Grace & Lily, from Richboro, PA. Additionally, Pam is survived by her sisters, Cindy Erwin, Colton, NY, Bonnie Perkins, Seymour, CT, Kathy Caster, Colton, NY, her brothers, Jimmy (Linda) Caster, Ogdensburg, NY, Danny (Karen) Caster, Canton, NY, and also many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, Tommy, and her parents, Paul & Mary.
In life, Pam enjoyed traveling extensively with Cecil and her immediate and extended family, and was always planning the next big adventure. She also was incredibly proud of Danielle, Michael, Grace and Lily, and was quick to brag about all of their accomplishments. Pam never missed watching her granddaughters’ dance recitals, recording all dances and quickly letting everyone know her favorites. Pam spent a lot of her free time crocheting and loved to gift handmade blankets to friends and family. Later in life, Pam enjoyed gardening, channeling her father, Paul, who could always be found outside. Pam enjoyed life and the common theme was always family and friends.
She retired from Frito Lay in May, 2020, after a 30 year career as a packer.
