Paul W. Westfall, 85 of Harpursville passed peacefully away Mon. Feb. 3, 2020.  He is survived by his devoted wife of 23 years, Carol, 3 sons, Kenneth Westfall & fiancée Pamela Cooper, Richard & Renee Westfall, David Westfall, 2 grandchildren, Rylah & Rhett Westfall, his favorite cousins, Bill & Beth Westfall, Mary Westfall,  Jim & Roberta Westfall, and their families, step son, Jeff & Tracy Lee and granddaughter, Kennedy, along with nieces and nephews.

He was a retired NYS Trooper from Troop C, Sidney.  He loved his mules and riding in the fall.  He was a talented woodworker, mechanic and handyman.
