Randy J. Williams, 69 of Windsor died unexpectedly on Sun. Sept. 21, 2025. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Williams, a son, Nick Williams & Renee DeBoyace, Windsor, stepdaughter, Jennifer & Don Petrie, Vestal, 1 step granddaughter, Hayley Pultz, 1 step great granddaughter, Tessa Smith, a sister, Jill Williams, Windsor, brother, Timmy Williams, Windsor, sister & brother-in-law, Nancy & Mike Bannon, Mass., and also several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a sister & brother-in-law, Tracy & Mike Perkow.
He was a retired Manager at the Sunoco Terminal in Johnson City and former Town Supervisor and Councilman for the Town of Windsor. He was a former employee of Colwell Construction.
