Richard K. Obenauer Sr., 86 of Windsor and formerly of Harpursville died Friday May 22, 2026 at Wilson Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles & Helen (Thompson) Obenauer. He is survived by his family, Renee & Jeff Pomeroy, Karen & Joe Hanyon, Shari & Joe Shaffer, Ricky Obenauer, Eddie Obenauer, 10 grandchildren, Kyle, Cory (Joy), Kody, Kalah (Ryan), Brooke (Blake), Devan (Tori), Butchie, Brandie, Jamie, (Jason), Amanda (Joe),  and several great grandchildren, former wife and friend, Cheryl Obenauer.

He was a retired truck driver and a US Air Force veteran. He enjoyed camping, Cracker Barrel Dinners, and maintained his sense of humor and wit to the end.   He was the owner of RKO Electric.

Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Sat. at 5 p.m.  Burial   will be in Riverview Cemetery Harpursville on Sun. at 10 a.m.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Sat. from 3 to 5 p.m. prior to service.
