Rita M. Riley, 81 of West Windsor died Sun. June 25, 2023 at Ideal Senior Living Center.  She was predeceased by her husband, LaVerne Riley.  She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, JoAnn & Kenneth Barton, West Windsor, 4  grandchildren, Stephanie, Jennifer, Kenny & Matthew, 7 great grandchildren, Coraline, Jailyn, Emma, Leon Jr., Sophia, Sawyer & Violet.  She was a retired employee of Broome County and a former member of St. Paul’s Church in Binghamton.

Funeral Services will be held at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Thurs. 11a.m.  Burial will be in Windsor Village Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home on Thurs. from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to service.    Online condolences may be made at:    www.omaddenfh.com.
