April 25, 2021 at his home in Afton, NY.  He is survived by his wife, Patricia O’Hara, Afton, NY, daughter, Kimberly & Kenneth Cracolici, Afton, son, Michael O’Hara, Brick, NJ, 3 grandchildren, Melissa, Amy & Leslie, 1 great grandchild, Seamus, sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Sandra & Dominick DeLaura, Afton, brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Frank & Diane Cistaro, Hazelton, PA  and also several nieces and nephews.
