RoseMary Williams, 93 of Windsor passed away on Wed. June 10, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family.  She was predeceased by her husband of 66 years, Donald M. Williams.  Loving mother of, Larry & Debbie Williams, Terry & Christopher Van Vessem, Sherry & Steve Johnson, Mary Jo & Daniel Carey, Gary Williams, 10 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, who were the joy of her life.

She was a member of Windsor United Methodist Church, Windsor Senior Citizens, Civic Club and retired employee of Windsor Central Schools.

She was an avid gardener and loved flowers. 

Memorial Services will be held at the First United Methodist Church 56 Chapel Street Windsor on Wed. at 11 a.m.  Pastor Leon Jicha Jr. will officiate.  Burial will be in Knox Cemetery, Ouaquaga.  The family will receive friends at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home 69-71 Maple Street Harpursville on Tues. from 4 to 7 p.m.
