Ruth A. Guley, 83, a lifetime native of Harpursville died on Sat. May 26, 2018 at home following a long battle with COPD.  Ruth was predeceased by her husband Robert Guley and her sister, Doris Warren.  Ruth is survived by her nephews, John (Jacque) Warren, William (Mara) Warren, nephew-in-law, Robert Svoboda, sisters-in-law, Rosemary Zinner and Patricia Pranitis, God daughter, Patty Sue (Turner) Morris and many other great nieces and nephews.  After leaving the work force, Ruth enjoyed many passions including needle point and rooting for the New York Yankees.  Ruth had a lifelong love of books.
