Scott Adam Chapman born on June 17, 1963 passed away unexpectedly in his Afton home on Dec. 5, 2024. Scott was a funny, happy, loving and caring man. He opened his heart to many in his lifetime, and no matter what he always was there to make someone laugh or lend a hand. He had a passion for racing at the local dirt tracks, and collecting all sorts of things. He was definitely one of a kind. He was predeceased by his "gram" Margaret Schoen. He leaves behind his father Keith(Sandy) Chapman Sr. and his mother, Nancy Bouck, his 5 siblings Keith (Lorraine) Chapman, James  (Lisa) Wysluzaly, Ken (Ethel) Wysluzaly, Melissa (Scot) Wysluzaly Clark, Stephen (Amber) Chapman along with his 2 daughters Samantha (Kristopher Sr.) Chapman and Amy (Matt) Liechti-Brett, and 5 grandchildren Anastasia, Kristopher, Ella, Oakley, and Vivian, His good friend, Leo and girlfriend Toni, along with many other cousins, nephews, nieces,  and friends.
