Timothy S. “Red’ Walters, 49 of Windsor died unexpectedly on Sun. Oct. 3, 2021 at his home.  He was predeceased by his father, Vincent L. Walters and sister, Debra Walters.  He is survived by his fiancé, Amy Washington & family, his mother, Judy Walters, sister, Christine (Seamus) McNally, and also nieces and nephews, close friend, Doug Weston.

He was an avid antique car enthusiast and trophy holder.  He was a member of the Bad Dogs Motorcycle Club, Hallstead.

Private Graveside Services will be held in Knox Cemetery, Ouaquaga at the convenience of the family.  Memorial contributions may be made to:  Lourdes Hospice  4102 Vestal, Rd.
