Vicky L. Youngs, 66 of Windsor died Sat. morning Oct. 28, 2023 at her home after a long battle with Huntintons Disease .  She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Youngs.

She is survived by her sons & daughter-in-law, Kirk & Dawn Franklyn, Windsor, Keith Franklyn, Windsor, Kenneth Franklyn, Windsor, 2 step-sons, Michael (Mary Anne) Youngs, NC, Jimmy Youngs, Watertown, several grandchildren, sister, Joy Teed, Windsor, brothers, John Colgan, Greene, Jeff Colgan, NC, her in-laws from the Youngs Family and several nieces and nephews.
