William E. Zipay, 69 of Port Crane died Thurs March 27, 2025 at Binghamton General Hospital.  He is survived by his sister, Diane M. Hawkins, Johnson City, a brother & sister-in-law, Michael & Mary Zipay, Windsor,  also several nieces and nephews, Mindy Hamlyn, Wendy Surdoval, Angie Morrissey, James Emery, Kimberly Bernthon, Joseph Emery, Randy Hawkins, Laura Hawkins, Michael Zipay Jr., Elizabeth Zipay, Amanda Wheaton, Daniel Zipay, and also several great nieces and great nephews.

He was predeceased by his brother, James Zipay.  He was a retired truck driver and US Navy Veteran.
