While aware of the passing of dear Agnes, I neglected to send my heartfelt condolences at the time. I will forever remember Agnes as the vibrant and energetic person who organized the women's luncheons that my mother and so many others loved. My deepest sympathies as you go through the additional loss of her husband Ray.

I am so very sorry for your loss of Agnes, even though I didn't get to know her personally. Losing a loved one in death is one of the hardest things for us as humans to cope with. Something that I've found comfort from is found from the words recorded at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 where it says,"Praised be the God of all comfort who comforts us during all our trials..." How reassuring it is to know that when we're undergoing trouble some times that we can turn to God in prayer and he will comfort us. For more comforting promises from the Bibl check out jw.org.
