My ccondolences to the family of Elinor Johnson. The Death of a loved is so Devastating and not always easy to get through it along. I found God's Word the Bible helps.
Philippians 4:6&7 helps because it encourages us to turn to God in Prayer and he will gives us Peace and Understanding as you endure this very difficult time. You can read these scripture online at www.jw,org

To all the Johnson "kids": I am saddened to hear of your mother's passing. She was one of the magnificent moms of Doraville--those hardworking women who not only raised their families, but also built a community that made all of us children feel known and important and safe. I have fond memories of her and enjoyed seeing her a couple of times in recent years when I was Harpursville on birthday club day. My thoughts are with you all.

I am so sorry to hear of Elinor's passing. I was always going to "stop in", but Brooklyn was a bit far. She was always kind and welcoming to me and I loved her. She lead a full, rich life and I know she will be sorely missed. I hope you find comfort in the many years of memories you have of her.
My Love and best wishes to all,
Carole

It is great to hear from all of you even on this very sad occasion. Of course I remember your mom from years ago and thought she was great. Your dad too and how many years he was our bus driver.
