I'm sorry for your loss. I was introduced to Ruth at Eastern Broome Senior Center a few years ago. She was always happy and full of life and will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Rest in Peace Ruth.

Aunt Ruthie,
We always think we'll have more time. More time to get together for tea, for lunch, or for family barbecues and yet we are sadly reminded with your passing that tomorrow is an empty promise. I remember coming to your house in Queens as a child and playing with puzzles from the toy closet. I remember summers at my Grandmother's house when all of the Aunts and Uncles would bring all of the cousins together for food and fun. I remember family reunions and unfortunately too many funerals. I don't think it's a coincidence that you passed on the same day as my father--it is proving to be a day that takes only the very best. I am sure that you were met at the gates by a soulmate named Paul, a gentle heart named Eleanor and an angel named Nicholas. As much as you were loved you will be as equally missed. Rest In Peace.

So sorry to hear of "Aunt Ruths" padding. What a classy lady. Our families have been close for what seems like forever. She and "Big Paul" always had kind hearts and enjoyed life to the fullest. i can still picture her smile and hear her laughter, anytime spent with aunt Ruthie thru the years growing up was fun and enjoyable, she was a favorite of mine. she will be missed by many but is in good company on the other side :)
